A 250,000 sq ft shopping center renovation, including the construction of a new facade, upgrading & replacing all underground utilities, installation of landscape, new site lighting to a level 9, completed overlay of parking lot, and to build outparcels per the tenant agreement. Completed in 6 Months!

To complete a site renovation with the completion of asphalt overlay, landscape, irrigation, and striping of the entire site, and existing utilities and lids to be raised.
Starbucks - Lake Worth, FL: 580k
1,800 sq ft out parcel. Construction of the national Starbucks store with modem design and unique features.
Holy Name Catholic School: 250k value completed for 165k
The renovation of an existing catholic educational institute where all the existing glass was removed and replaced with impact resistant windows to provide energy efficiency, safety, and security. The interior of the rooms were repainted, sills were removed and replaced, carpet and flooring was redone, and all within the summer break for the expected students of the new school year. JFB participated financially and made a substantial donation back for the advancement of its students.
Mama Mias Restaurant & Pizzeria: 425k
Mama mias is a 3,500 sq ft, all custom woodwork and furniture. All handbuilt on site with italian style doors.
Laundry Time:
4,800 sq ft with 65 washers & dryers, folding stations, drop off line, and consistant 70 degrees inside with dryers going.
Lograsso Plaza - Greenacres, FL: 2.3 Million
A shopping plaza consisting 11,000 sq ft of retail, restaurant, and office space. The Plaza will occupy a laundry mat, Subway, and a pizza restaurant that will be completed by JFB Construction as well. JFB completed this project from site work through to the interior build-out.
Station House Restaurant - Lantana, FL: 425K
Complete renovation of the restaurant's kitchen in this historic building, and the addition of 60 seats. Addition of 1,500 sq ft to the existing structure and addition to the existing bar area.
Whistle Stop Mall - Franklin, NC: 6.8 Million
117,000 sq ft Antique Mall made of both concrete and steel construction located in Franklin, NC. There is also a full service RV park as well that was constructed for the passing tourists.
Whistle Stop Storage - Franklin, NC: 2 Million
20,000 sq ft of steel & concrete for the purpose of self storage in North Carolina, and we will be adding to this project in the near future.

SV Microwave: 480k
This was a 6,000 sq ft expansion of an existing 10,000 sq ft manufacturing plant for the military. Consisting of a military certified secret room, braider rooms, and while maintaining a consistent 70degrees with an integrated HVAC system. Project was completed ahead of schedule for the preparation of manufacturing the next wave of military communications.

6,000 sq ft build out for restaurant's new location and the construction of a new facade on the shopping center consisting of I40,000 sq ft.

Complete build of 110,000 sq ft shopping center and completion of 4 buildings to prepare for future tenants.
